Payment Methods
You may settle your registration fee following either of the payment methods below:
A.by bank transfer
B. credit card
C. cash at the office (Registration or ferry ticket discount not applicable).
Attention! In order for your registration to be valid, please proceed with its settlement within two (2) working days after submission and agree on the content of the consent form (linked)
In case of a bank wire, you need to make sure that your surname is mentioned on the transaction receipt. A copy of the transaction receipt should be e-mailed shortly afterwards to ecozinskiathos@gmail.com. Same if choosing a Revolut payment method.
After you have settled your registration fee as above, a registration confirmation email will be sent to you within seven (7) working days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We will be happy to accept any alterations -upon availability i.e. an alteration about choosing the 10 km or the 24 km race – or cancellations with refund according to our cancellation policies below:
For any cancellation requested prior to May 9th, 2025, no fee will be charged and the entry fee will be fully refunded. We apologize but unfortunately, after 9/5, we won’t be able to offer any refund due to operational handling reasons. In case of non-show or last minute cancellation, athletes are charged with the 100% of the entry fee.
Attention! Cancellations may be accepted only after written notification and only in case such a written notification is e-mailed to ecozinskiathos@gmail.com before May 9, 2025, as mentioned above. In case of confirmed cancellation, the entry fee will be fully refunded to the applicant. All refund requests will be processed about a week after the event.
