Our principles

Your privacy is a fundamental right. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679, GDPR) and Greek law, the personal data we hold are collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes; processed lawfully, fairly and transparently, on the basis of consent, legitimate interest, legal obligation or a contract; and stored safely to protect their confidentiality, integrity and availability.

Everyone who handles personal data for Skiathos Trail Run, staff, associates, volunteers and third parties, is bound by this framework. Keeping archives of race results and performances for historical, statistical and information purposes is a legitimate interest of Skiathos Trail Run.

What we may process

Depending on your role: identifiers (ID or passport number, social security number, tax number); basic data (name, sex, age); club; race performance; contact details (e-mail, phone); financial data (IBAN, entry fee); images (photos, video); and special categories such as health data.

Your rights

You may ask to access your data; correct it; delete it, unless a legal obligation or claim applies or it forms part of an official race result; withdraw your consent where consent is the basis (for races open to individual runners, within the deadlines in the registration form); object to processing; restrict processing; or move your data to another controller.

Send your request to ecozinskiathos [at] gmail.com. We reply within one month. If you get no reply, you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

This website

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising. Maps and videos load from Google and YouTube only when you choose to open them. Registration happens on RaceID, under RaceID's own privacy policy.
